Delivery Policy

If you live locally in Milngavie or Bearsden you can choose our NEW Eco Delivery option by www.velo_citydeliveries.com delivered by bicycle. Please select Local Delivery at checkout, from the drop down list and leave a phone no at checkout. Your order will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days.

Items sent via Royal Mail will be sent within 2 working days as our local Milngavie Post Office has just closed and we can no longer offer same day shipping.

For Standard deliveries within the United Kingdom mainland we will use Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery charge is currently:

£1.95 for orders £10 and under sent 2nd Class Mail 

£3.00 for New Eco Cycle Delivery service (Milngavie & Bearsden only)

£4.00 for Eco Cycle Delivery to: Maryhill & Glasgow City Centre 

£3.95 for orders over £10 and will normally arrive within 2/3 working days of despatch.

For Next Day Delivery within the United Kingdom mainland we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery, Next Day Delivery charge is £10.00 and it will arrive before 1pm the next working day

 * Please allow up to 10 working days (20 working days if you are outside the UK) from the date of dispatch, for your parcel to arrive before contacting us.
